Arktos recently published an article I wrote about the meaning and importance of the Fantasy genre for the right, in which I outline and explicate several of its key features: heroicism, the occult power of blood, destiny, its past temporalization, the importance of cosmogony, its political order, etc. I also address the critcisms that it is a pastiche of incoherent elements and fantasy / fiction in general as a pressure-release valve.
I hope that you will share it around, as, with the release of Rings of Power and other Fantasy series, there is a lot of discussion about the genre - much of which ignores the points I make in the article.
